Terms and Conditions



Any order from a Customer for Lovely Favours is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

All designs are covered by copyright by Lovely Favours. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design shown on our website.
All our items  are produced by hand so the finished product is subject to slight variation. Certain colour hues and tones are subject to change to the descriptions on the website.

PRICING
Every effort is made to display the prices accurately. However, on rare occasions, mistakes happen. In this instance Lovely Favours will correct the mistake and inform the Customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.

WAITING TIMES
At lovely Favours we aim to complete all of our favours and gifts orders within 2 to 4 weeks from the payment cleared. However, if you require them at an earlier date, please contact us and we will do our outmost to oblige.
Stationery orders can take 6 to 8 weeks,  depending on the size of the order and the style of stationery. We will discuss the delivery times and deadlines at the time when you are placing your stationery order.
Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only and Lovely Favours shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the orders however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by Lovely Favours in writing

PRODUCT BRANDING
All our stationery and favours will have our website address on the back or at the bottom .


CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. You will be billed for work already completed to that point. If a booking deposit has been paid, it is at our discretion if we will or not be able to refund it, depending on the circumstances.
If you wish to cancel a hire contract, please refer to our hire Terms and Conditions.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given if the product(s) are to be found faulty and we are notified within 7 days. We will replace the goods if possible, otherwise a refund will be offered.
We do not offer refunds for samples or personalised or/and made to order items.
Lovely Favours cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

AVAILABILITY
Lovely Favours acknowledge orders on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Should an item not be available, the customer will be informed and an alternative offered
