Ordering Stationery : Please contact us if you wish to order stationery, to confirm availability. Please note that a deposit will be required to confirm an order. This should be made by cheque payable to Lovely Favors. Manufacture will commence on receipt of cleared funds. Once your details have been received we will send you proofs within 2-3 weeks, via post or /or email. Free mock-ups are offered for orders of more than 40 cards of the same type. On receipt of your approval, the full order will then be produced. Any outstanding balance is due 6-8 weeks before the delivery date of your wedding stationery. The Stationery Order Form gives you guidance in writing your invitation text, with text templates and font options, although we will be happy to make some suggestions if you need assistance.
Ordering Non Stationery Products: All the non stationery products are available to purchase via NOCHEX, our secure online payment system. You could also pay via personal cheque. Manufacture will commence on receipt of cleared funds.
Timing: We aim to dispatch all of our non stationery orders within 3 to 4 weeks from the payment cleared. For stationery orders, please allow minimum 6 to 8 weeks from the receipt of your approved proofs. It is advisable that you order your stationery 6 to 9 months before your wedding, and that you send them out at least 2 months prior the event.
Postage and packaging: Our parcels are delivered by our trusted partners, DHL, Royal Mail , TNT and also by courier. Our standard postage fees are as follows, unless otherwise quoted:
£4 – for up to 4 small items ( small items only, as jewellery )
£7 - for orders of up to 50 items
£10 - for orders of 51 to 100 items
£15 - for orders over 100 items
£15 + - TBC
The above charges are not standard. Sometimes price difference may occur, due to the size and weigh of your items. We will notify you if that is the case within 48 hours from placing your order.
For overseas orders, please contact us for delivery costs.
The environment: We care about the environment and use biodegradable and recyclable products to pack orders where possible. We also reuse cardboard boxes, so if your order arrives in a box that looks like it has been used before, it has! We hope you will also be able to reuse them.
Payment: As forms of payment we accept all major credit and debit cards, via NOCHEX, our secured online payment service and personal cheques. If paying by cheques please contact us.
Stationery Orders- Cancellation/Refunds: In the event that you wish to cancel a stationery order, the deposit is non refundable; if the order is cancelled part way trough, then all the work that exceed the deposit must be paid for. Cancellation of an order must be given in writing. We will only refund or exchange stationery orders if they are faulty, within 7 days of receipt of your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personalized / Made to Order Items - Cancellation/Refunds:
In the event of cancellation all work in progress will be paid for. Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.We will only refund or exchange products if they are faulty within 7 days of receipt of your order .
Non Personalized Products- Refunds: We will only refund or exchange products if they are faulty, within 7 days of receipt of your order.
And Finally: Our stationery and favours are hand finished and slight variations may occur. Please be aware of this.
